L. E. Wilson Expanding Mandrel Die Final Thoughts! (223 Fired Brass)

Forgot to mention in the video that this was once fired brass! They advertise the mandrel for new brass but if you read the instructions that it came with it states that it's specific use is not just for that purpose. To make sure I wasn't putting out erroneous information I also called L. E. Wilson tech assistance and they stated that so long as the brass was properly cleaned it was perfectly fine to use on fired brass.
