Linlithgow Marches - June 2026

Rob walks in the local festival of Linlithgow Marches On the first Tuesday after the second Thursday in June, the whole community comes together to celebrate this tradition which bind the town together with a shared sense of history and local pride. The Marches of Linlithgow have a rich history dating back to the 16th century. The tradition involves the inspection of the burgh's boundaries, which were marked by March Stones. The first recorded reference to a Riding is in the minute of the Council dated 19th October 1541. The Marches Day Processions are organized by the Deacons Court. *********************************************************************************************** Welcome from Ashley and Rob We are a married couple who live in Edinburgh and have been together for 19 years!!!
