IAT Conversion (Intake Air Temperature Sensor) from 5-wire MAF/IAT to 2-wire IAT
In this episode I go over how to convert from the factory 5-wire combination Mass Airflow (MAF)/Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor to a stand alone 2-wire IAT sensor and verify the reading in HP Tuners. As usual this is on my 2000 Chev Silverado with 5.3L LM7 with a VS Racing 7875 turbo.
