Trek Madone SLR Gen 8 im Test: Der neue Alleskönner aus den USA?

Thanks to a significantly lighter frameset and revised aerodynamics, the new Trek Madone SLR should be the perfect bike for racing of all kinds. We were able to test the new superbike from Wisconsin extensively and find out whether it is the new all-rounder from the USA. The Trek Madone SLR was radically redesigned this summer. With the latest stage of development, the Madone has been transformed from a pure aero road bike into an all-rounder, which also sidelined the previous mountain bike Émonda when it was released. With a few tricks and gimmicks, such as the new aero bottles, Trek has made the new Madone SLR just as fast in the wind as its predecessor, but has been able to significantly reduce the weight of the frame by around 320 grams. This means that production bikes weighing around 7 kg can be realized.
