Scrum by the book - is a 42 min animated walk through of the elements, their relationship and all the details - in one of the most popular Agile frameworks: Scrum. The video and the resulting Sketchnote drawing can be used to prepare for the Professional Scrum Master I Certification. The Scrum framework is created and maintained by Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber. The look and feel of the video is inspired by Henrik Knibergs video on Product Ownership in a nutshell.
