T-Shirt Embroidery on Brother 380D -How I do it!

This is my method of embroidering on Jersey fabric, it may be wrong but it is working!! This video is showing what works best for me when I am embroidering a T shirt. I am using my Brother M380D which is the Disney version and embroidering designs from Etsy. This is by no means an instructional video from an expert and may not work for all machines and types BUT if I had seen this video a year ago from someone else I would have been very grateful as I made many disasters!
