Breathe in, breathe out. Try to make sense of it, calm down. Breathe in, breathe out. How can you escape this anxiety without even understanding where it came from? This piece explores the ways in which we support each other and help each other in similar situations. Simply the presence of certain people can be the thing that stops your mind from descending into chaos, restoring internal stillness. “LOOM” is about finding your ground and helping others find theirs when they cannot do it alone.
