Solving Full cusp Class II with 12mm OJ｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC742

[case report] This report describes the treatment of CII malocclusion with a 12mm overjet. IZC screws combined with self-ligation bracket system can significantly distalize maxillary arch and create a dumping effect on anterior teeth, both of which facilitate overjet reduction. 這篇報告描述如何使用IZC screws和自鎖式矯正系統來治療CII合併12mm overjet。透過螺絲和橡皮筋的力學設計可distalize上排齒列，並在前牙區創造dumping effect，達到減少overjet的效果。
