Mud Recoveries Turn Dangerous

We got a call for a truck and camp trailer stuck in the mud. So we grabbed Ol Blue and headed out to get them. We took Blue for weight reasons to help unstick the truck and trailer. Then as we were finishing that we got another call for a jeep stuck on a muddy hillside. We headed out to get them as the rain increased. The flooding was slowly getting worse. As we almost got to them we met their friends in a Gladiator that had been trying to reach them to help. When we started up the trail we told them to be careful heading out as the flooding was bad. We got to the stuck jeep and ran winch lines out to pull them up the road to the top. Then we started working our way back to the main road. Then we got a call from the Gladiator that they had been swept away in one of the creek crossings. We got to them as Search And Rescue was helping to get them out. We got them to dry ground and got them in their friends jeep to warm up and we headed out through Blue Hills Road. We had to help them over the 2 bad creek crossings but we made it.
