It has pair of large swimming pools on two levels. The house is constructed on a plot on the edge of a golf course. Most remarkable feature in the house is its outdoor swimming pools, The first pool is on the ground level, while the second is positioned on the upper level. Upper Pool is fitted with a glass bottom which creates a surreal visual effect.
