Lela Brandão indica leituras e fala sobre seu primeiro livro: ‘Não é autoajuda’

The pursuit of comfort with her own body led Lela Brandão to found a clothing brand, create a podcast, and now... write her first book. “Publishers came to me because they understand that my audience has a greater tolerance for longer formats. And they are willing to delve into content that isn't as fast-paced as social media,” says the author of *Vertigem*, which hit bookstores last week. Lela records her podcast, Gostosas Também Choram (Hot Girls Also Cry), created in 2023, in the same place where she keeps her personal book collection. It's no coincidence.
