Hi there, this is CATWO! This time I created a flat knife sharpening jig. Until now, I've been sharpening flat knives freehand, but I've had trouble with slight deviations in the angle. However, thanks to the jig, I've been able to get away with that. Since the angle is fixed, the sharpening time has been shortened and I can now get the angle exactly right. Please take a look.
