IFA Traktoren bei der Pflugarbeit mit BBG Geräten Seilzugaggregat SZ24

The film, commissioned by the German Agricultural Society (DLT) of the GDR in 1960, demonstrates soil cultivation using equipment from the BBG Leipzig. Particularly interesting is the appearance of the rare SZ24 cable-pulled unit, for which the soil cultivation equipment factory had designed a special plow. Other equipment on display includes trailed and mounted plows, cultivators, harrows, cultivators, subsoilers, and the B130 disc plow. The equipment is pulled by tractors typical of the German Democratic Republic at the time. Among the tractors seen are the KS30 "Urtrak," the RS01/40II "Harz," the RS09, and the RS14 "Famulus." Imported tractors such as the Zetor 50 Super and the MTS50 are also in use.
