While it's hard to call the Forza 750 minor changes minor, as its styling has been completely refreshed and now truly feels premium, with the X-ADV, the manufacturer introduced one small detail that makes a huge difference: daytime running lights with integrated turn signals. Whoever came up with this idea is a genius. I also had the opportunity to discuss this with one of the Honda engineers present at the tests. It turns out that this detail took many months to develop, as the lights and lenses had to be designed to meet homologation requirements. The same lights are also found on the NT1100. While I would normally complain that this is a simple cost-cutting measure and that the manufacturer could have made a bit more effort, I'm not going to do that in this case. The integration of turn signals with the lights is a stylistic highlight, and I have a lot of respect for it! But that's not all, as the X-ADV has three more minor improvements. The first of these are extended footboards with a "walking" section. Interestingly, they cited the fact that in Europe, this solution is primarily used by Italians. Admittedly, it was missing from previous versions of the X-ADV. The second change involves narrowing the seat. Although the driver's seat height remains at 820 mm, narrowing its front section makes it even easier to reach the ground with your feet. Finally, the ability to adjust the windshield height with one hand is now possible. While the mechanism still looks rather cumbersome, in reality, the windshield can now be easily adjusted with one hand. Speaking of windshields, I must also mention the one from the Forza 750. To improve aerodynamics, the engineers created a small cutout at the bottom, which doesn't suddenly cause the driver to lose wind protection. The windshield mounting angle has also been changed. The icing on the cake is the addition of electric adjustment. However, there's a small catch in this. Once you adjust the windshield, hit the road, arrive at your destination, turn the scooter off, and then turn it back on, the windshield doesn't return to its original position. Why? No one knows.
