Ingredients 30 g hazelnuts 150 - 180 g apple slices (1 apple) 20 g pitted dates 5 g flaxseeds 60 g rolled oats 100 g blueberries 20 g honey, plus a little more for drizzling 250 g liquid yogurt, 3.5% fat Preparation 1) Place the hazelnuts in the mixing bowl, chop for 4 seconds/speed 5, and transfer to a bowl. 2) Roast the chopped hazelnuts in a non-stick pan on the stovetop without adding any fat and let cool. 3) Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid, weigh in the apple slices, and set the bowl down. 4) Insert the spindle, attach the collecting insert, insert the reversible disc with the grating side (side 2) facing up, and replace the grater lid. Place the apple slices vertically into the opening and grate until thick, pressing down with the pusher. Transfer the grated apples to the bowl. Remove the vegetable grater and spindle. 5) Place the dates in the mixing bowl, chop for 7 seconds/speed 7, and scrape down the bowl with the spatula. 6) Add the roasted hazelnuts, flaxseed, oats, blueberries, honey, and yogurt, mix for 10 seconds/speed 4, fold in the grated apple, and divide between bowls.
