Hello beautiful crafters! The video today is going to show you how I've made a baby swing chair. 1. Knots I used: square knot, gathering knot, spiral knot, diagonal double half-hitch knot and simple holding knot. 2. Material I used: 01 piece of pine wood: 25 x 40 x 2.3 cm. I drilled 01 hole in each corner, 24 holes on the back, 14 holes on each side and 4 holes on the front. 04 pine dowels diameter 2.5 cm: 40cm x 02 and 25cm x 02. I also drilled 02 holes on each dowel 01 metal ring diameter 6cm All of the cords I used were 3 strand twisted ones: For the handles (5mm diameter) Two front ones ( off-white): 11m x 4 (working cords) and 6.5m x 2 (standing cords). Two back ones (green): 10.5m x 4 (working cords) and 6m x 2 (standing cords). If you use smaller cords, add more to maintain the durability of the swing and safety for your baby. For wrapping the ring and making gathering knot after that: 5mm diameter off-white cords: 1.5m x 01 and 0.8m x 01 For the back of the chair: 3mm diameter green cords: 3m x 36 For the sides of the chair: 3mm diameter off-white cords: 2.5m x 40 ( 20 for each side) For making gathering knots in 4 corners to make tassels: 3mm diameter cords: 0.7m x 02 off-white and 0.7m x 02 green For the front separation: 3mm diameter olive green cords 2.2m x 08 Tape to add into the tips of cords Scissors (and maybe also a crochet hook to pull cords through holes more easily) It might take a few days to finish this piece so be patient!
