[FTV Breaking News] The heatwave in France continues unabated. On June 24th, Paris recorded a temperature of 40.6 degrees Celsius, a new 80-year high. Part of the reason for Paris's extreme heat is related to its architecture. 80% of the roofs in Paris's historic districts are made of galvanized steel sheets, a type of roofing material that was listed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2004.
