Iowa Powerball winner says massive prize "will forever change my life"
Lottery officials in Iowa identified Lerynne West, 51, as one of two winners of the recent $688 million Powerball jackpot. West told reporters she's taking the $198.1 million cash option and will use the prize money to help her family, set up a charitable foundation and buy a new car.
