Music: Kate Chruscicka - Requiem For A Dream This is my first swimming in last 3 years and the first swimming in a natural river (before, I was unlucky only on slalom courses). After kayak capsizing I wasn't fast enough to reach "kiss my dick" position and the stone immediately hit my face. After that, I failed my first eskimo roll attemp which was followed by many hits to my head and body by stones because of low water level. During one hit, my left knee fell out of the kayak's knee brace. I tried to return my left leg to the right position but it was impossible to achieve that when I was upside down and still hitting other stones. This seemed to my buddy as next roll attempts. At the end, I tried my second roll but I fell out of the kayak because of my free leg. At the beginning of swimming, I underestimated the situation and did two useless things. First, I whistled on the rescue whistle instead of saving my breath. And I also didn't let go of the paddle for a long time what probably lengthened the swimming. At the end, luckily, the result was only a scratch on the face (accompanied by chipmunk effect) and a few bruises.
