I Turned a Hand-Drawn Sketch into a Working App (with Claude AI)

I built a Python pipeline that uses AI vision models to turn any hand-drawn sketch into a fully working React app — in under 60 seconds. No Figma. No design tools. Just a piece of paper, a photo, and Claude 3.7 Sonnet via OpenRouter. The script encodes the image to Base64, sends it to the vision model with a structured system prompt, extracts the JSX component with regex, and writes it directly into a Vite project — triggering an instant hot reload in the browser. 100% open source.
