BLUES In A China Shop (Lesson in Contrast)

BLUES like a BULL in A china shop a lesson in contrast, subtlety, complexity, variety and emotion. Our little diatonic harmonica is tuned to a major scale but after we learn to bend and over blow sometimes, some of us harmonica players can get overly obsessed with ignoring the beauty of those provided major notes and pretty phrases we can create with them in favor and then in habit of a more constant dark, forceful and in the end LESS bluesy sound. This isn't my first video on this subject but rather another attempt to hammer home what I see as a subject, rarely addressed and frequently drastically missing from the blues harmonica world and many of it's players.
