Dubai chocolate cake || Pistachio Kunafa Chocolate Cake || Dubai Chcolate Bar Inspired Recipe - RKC #pistachiokunafachocolate #Chocolatecake Ingredients For Chocolate cake 1 egg 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 cup all purpose flour For soaking 1/2 cup warm milk For Pistachio filling : 3 tbsp butter 200 g Kataifi 200 g pistachio paste 3 tbsp chopped pistachios 2 tbsp tahini For Chocolate ganache: 340 ml heavy cream 340g milk chocolate Preparation 1. Mix all the cake ingredients and bake it in the oven 350F for 20-22 min. 2. Prepare the pistachio filling: Chop your pastry with a knife or food chopper. 3. Place a pan onto medium heat and add the butter. Let this melt. 4. Add your phyllo dough into this and Toast on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy. 5. Let this cool then combine it with the pistachio butter and tahini to form your crunchy filling. It gives the chocolate cake an amazing flavour, but also such a good texture. It’s just so crispy but also creamy at the same time. 6. Poke holes with a skewer and soak with 1/2 cup while it’s hot. 7. Layer the pistachio kunafa filling over the chocolate cake. 8. Chocolate ganache - Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles appears on the edge of the saucepan. Turn off the heat. Add chocolate chips and let it sit for 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and stir until well combined. Let it cool. Choose high-quality chocolate. That will give a richer and deeper taste to the dish. 9. Then pour over the pistachio kunafa layer. Decorate with a drizzle of pistachio butter and make a pattern. Finally you can garnish with chopped pistachios. 10. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes or until the ganache is harden. Slice the cake into pieces and enjoy! Absolutely love it! Must try
