Royal Mail and Post Office please sort out tubes postal costs

Just a quick Vlog to ask the Royal Mail and Post Office to sort out the pricing for tubes as there isn't clarity at many Post Office Counters and the costs are HUGE for some folks. They are getting charged for Medium Parcels when it should be Small Parcels. Do share this video with the Royal Mail and Post Office to make them aware of this situation for many folks.
