Violão em Prática
In this session, I propose direct work with the guitar, focusing on applied technical exercises. Based on principles such as gesture organization, articulation, and sound control, I present exercises that can be incorporated into daily practice. Beyond motor coordination, this type of practice contributes to building cognitive reserve and is useful at any stage of musical development. The focus is not only on execution, but on how one studies: how to repeat, listen, and adjust. 📌 It is recommended to have your instrument in hand to follow along.
