How Augmented Reality (AR) will change the customer experience

Augmented reality (AR) will have a big impact on customer experience. Augmented reality will allow companies to boost their customer experience with for instance virtual interfaces, new forms of personalized advertising, more convenience, shopping in their own living room and so on. In this short video, I want to give a few of those examples on how augmented reality can boost the customer experience.
