I know I did, so I've put together a step-by-step guide on how to install Sega Dreamcast games the good old fashioned way - manually by hand! You will need a USB stick formatted to exFAT, access to the internet and a text editor as well as a basic understanding of opening compressed zip files, the ability to create folders and text files and basic text file editing skills. To be honest, it's not that hard really, so don't be put off if you are a bit of a novice, once you get the hang of it, it really is easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!
