Urad Dal  Atta - 500 gms To Grind Tarvoti Chillies/Birds eye Chillies - 40 to 45 Khada Hing /whole Asafoetida - 2 gms Salt - 15 to 20 grams Papad Khar/ Alkaline Salt - 20 Gms Black pepper powder- 1 Tsp        Note : 1. You can put the papad to dry in the sun only for and hour. If the time is exceeded than the Papad will break. 2. to maintain the flat surface of the Papad cover it with one heavy bedsheet. 3. If you like spicy papad increase the chillies. 4. You can use the Green Tarvoti Chilli which is more spicy.
