ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰੇਲ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਦਾ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ BJP ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu has resigned from the Union Cabinet.
