About Kicked Around No More: Kicked Around No More, a dreamy, atmospheric ballad, is one of many currently unavailable tracks from the creatively productive Off the Ground sessions. It was first released on the Hope of Deliverance CD single in 1992 and later seen on Off the Ground - The Complete Works a year later, which was only released in Germany and the Netherlands. Rarities is an album compiled and sequenced by me of over 30 Paul McCartney tracks currently unavailable for download or streaming. Some of the tracks have been officially released over the years but are scarcely available, while others have never been officially released in any capacity. Each track has been mixed by me. Note that this is not a comprehensive collection of all unreleased or rare McCartney tracks.
