This time, I visited Chiyono Shokudo, a restaurant run by an elderly couple in Nanno Town, Kaizu City, Gifu Prefecture, which has been in business for 62 years. A variety of delicious set meals are served in a relaxing, Showa-era retro space. One bite and you'll find yourself saying "delicious." It's such a wonderful restaurant. On the way there, I also stopped by the Nanno roadside station. It's my favorite roadside station, lined with so many fruits. During persimmon season, there are so many persimmons that it seems like the whole place is covered in them, and during mandarin orange season, there are so many mandarin oranges lined up that it's a surprising amount of fun.
