Both organs are vital parts of our digestive system. The practice of qigong can help improve the function of your digestive system. Just by simply performing deep abdominal breathing, the movements of the abdomen help to massage the digestive organs and bring more oxygenated blood and energy to them. When you add gentle Qigong movements, you start to improve your circulation, including blood and lymphatic fluids throughout the body. Everyone could benefit from this practice.
