Cauliflower and Garlic Pasta - Complete meal!

Cauliflower is a veggie I really love. Just a bit of extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and freshly ground pepper can make it taste amazing. But if you want to take cauliflower to the next level and make it into a complete meal, then why not add a few more flavour bomb ingredients and turn it into a pasta dish. The garlic becomes more mellow and pleasurable to eat, by first blanching it before frying. The anchovies will melt away and lift the dish, don’t worry if you don’t like them, it will still taste amazing.
