I watched this kid, this newer Officer walk into a Housing Unit to do a "round" the other day and he was in and out in less than two minutes. He didn't talk to anyone. He didn't penetrate the bays. He just stood there, with his hands jammed in his pockets. That's not how you should conduct a round! In this video, I offer some pointers, some tips, to conducting an effective round. Enjoy!
