I tried an autoimmune disease friendly diet for a week to see not only if it makes me feel better, but also if I think it's sustainable for someone like me who is very much in her "snack queen" stage of life. Y'all know how much I love FOOD, and butter and carbs, and cheesecake factory lol! I have to admit that I do enjoy a healthy snack from time to time, but NOT every meal for a week. Like, I can't tell you the last time I didn't have a desert at the end of the day. So, I put together a few autoimmune friendly recipes that I thought sounded delicious to me, and I committed to doing this for ONE week. If you have any easy, delicious recipe ideas that have worked for you PLEASE let me know in the comments. I think the hardest part of eating clean and/or eating a healthy diet is finding the right recipes...which I am not the best at.
