The 1980s was an absolute golden era for Saturday morning cartoons, and it gave us some of the most iconic, unforgettable villains in pop culture history. We loved to hate them. You had the cackling, ugly, bone-faced Skeletor constantly trying to conquer Castle Grayskull. You had the imposing, metal-clad MonStar terrorizing the Limbo galaxy in SilverHawks. And, of course, the ruthless, raspy-voiced Cobra Commander leading the forces of Cobra against G.I. Joe in endless, laser-filled battles. They were incredible, sure. But out of all those legendary bad guys, there was one who deserved to be in the Hall of Fame meant for the 80s animated villains.
