#HerbsandSpices #HealthyFood #40s Instagram @mindful_clara Brunch Story I write about healthy eating and exercise/running. ^^ https://brunch.co.kr/@mindfulclara 'Clara's Clean Kitchen' Amazon Storefront These are the products and ingredients I frequently use and recommend. https://www.amazon.com/shop/clarascle... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Measuring Cups & Spoons - US Size 1 Tb (tablespoon) = 15ml 1 tsp (teaspoon) = 5ml 1 cup = 240ml **Sweet Potato Lentil Salad [Serves 2] 500g/a little over 1 pound - juicy sweet potatoes 1/2 cup cooked lentils (cooking instructions are in the video) 1/4 cup red onion 1/2 cup parsley 1/4 cup dried cranberries **Sweet Potato Seasoning Oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, etc. Spices and herbs you have on hand Ingredients **Dressing 1/4 cup tahini or almond butter 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, and pepper Cut the sweet potatoes into 1.5-centimeter cubes, lightly season, and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 375–400°F (approximately 190–205°C). Stir once halfway through. Cook the lentils - Bring enough water to a boil and cook. Drain the water later. Once the water boils, cover and cook over low heat for 20–25 minutes. Mix the prepared ingredients. Use the dressing to your taste.
