Hey guys, In this video I will show you how to make 2D & 3D whisker on denim pant... 2D whisker: 2D whisker can be made different way. But the top must way are 1) Whisker in pattern 2) By manual hand scrap 3) By using laser machine 1) At first whisker pattern is made on rubber board. then the pattern is insert into the denim pant.scrap over the engraved area and the whisker design is created. 2) At first whisker design is drawn on the garments according to std. scrap on the drawn line on the design by emery paper.thus the design is created. 3) At first whisker design is made by photoshop or illustator. design is transferred to the laser machine. then the intencity of laser light is selected. now laser is impost on denim pant to get the design.After the wash the burn indigo is remove and whisker is visible. Now come to learn to 3D whisker...... At first whisker design drawn on the gmt according to std whisker. then resin is applied on whisker area.After applying resin solution in the right proportion. 3D is made according to the whisker line.Then heat is applied on 3D for 1 min. after that gmt is cured in an oven at right temperature with time being as mentioned in resin product manual. after curing, 3D area became hard. Now scrap on 3D line by emery paper.As a result color comes out from 3D line. sometimes Potassium Per-mangante (PP) is applied on 3D line and neutral the gmt.
