What is Katonah Yoga? SKY TING Edition
Krissy Jones, founder of SKY TING Yoga, takes us through the principles of KATONAH Yoga - one of the main yoga methodologies and practices woven into SKY TING. Katonah - created by Nevine Michaan - integrates and explores sacred geometry, taoist principles, metaphor, the imagination, and breath work. SKY TING TV is an online library with hundreds of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and 'Pyro Ting' (mix of HIIT & yoga) classes, with the option to search by type, level, teacher, and duration of the class. In addition to the diverse library where you access classes at your leisure, SKY TING TV also hosts live zoom classes for a more personal experience with their top NYC instructors.
