UTubeTrollPolice, widely known as UTTP has been a controversial group on YouTube since 2010 with different leaderships arising every year. In this video, we will go through every leaders' history in the UTTP, and how it arised from a stopping troll group originally until it became a harassing users group. I will also explain in this video of how Tommy Parky is also a criminal with his own crime documented back in 2015 where UTTP would say that it was PHA (also known as PurpleHelmetAvenger) when it is actually their supposed "leader" that did it.
