(ASMR) No Knead Focaccia Bread (Super Easy)

This is one of my Favourite Breads to make at home because its so easy and forgiving. If you miss a few steps or do not time it properly its completely fine. Just relax and give this a go! Timecodes 0:00- Intro 0:47- Mixing the Dough 1:47- Stretch and Fold 3:22- Preparing the Baking Tin 4:12- Proofing the Focaccia 4:47- Putting Toppings on The Focaccia 5:39- Baking the Focaccia 6:14- Final Result Recipe 400 Grams Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour (3 Cups +2 Tbsp) 1gm Yeast (1/4th of a teaspoon or a pinch) 8gm Salt (2 tsp) 290gm water (1cup +3tbsp)- Room Temperature 50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil (20 ml for the dough and 30 ml to pour on top) Toppings- 50gms Cherry Tomatoes, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Sea Salt Instructions Mix the Dough into a shaggy dough. No need to knead Rest for 1 hour Pour 10 ml of Oil and give the dough a turn Rest another hour Pour another 10 ml and give another turn Rest the dough for 2 hours Oil the baking tin and spread the dough. Cover with cling film and let it proof for 12-15 hours at room temperature (depending on your schedule) I usually make the dough in the evening and bake it the next morning Pour the oil and toppings and tuck them inside with your fingers Preheat the oven at 220C/428F Proof the dough for 1 hour and sprinkle sea salt and bake for 30 mins Pour 10-15 ml oil as it comes out of the oven for nice flavor (optional)
