Roasting Old Green Coffee Beans

Roasting old green coffee beans can be a learning experience. The moisture percentage of the beans has reduced and all of the wonderful flavors we once experienced are slipping away every day that passes. In today's video, we use this opportunity to experiment with the remaining coffee and try to squeeze out a fruit bomb using my Hive digital dome coffee roaster.
