Close-up truck spotting & identification in the northern mountains of Georgia, in the town of Gudauri. Features Scania, Volvo, DAF, MAN, Mercedes, Renault, Ford, Iveco, Kamaz, Shacman and Sinotruck (Howo & Sitrak) trucks, as well as some coaches. The Georgian Military Highway is the only open route between Georgia and Russia. Georgia is a transit country bridging the gap between Russia & Asia and the rest of Europe. This makes it the perfect mixing pot for trucks from an incredible variety of places, and of all ages. I decided to take a solo trip to the small town of Stepantsminda, just 10km from the Russian border, not only to explore the stunning beauty of Georgia, but also to take advantage of this absolute trucking goldmine.
