Super Crispy and Easy Lamb Rack by David Ong
This is a super easy recipe to make crispy skin lamb rack in the Weber kettle or even your oven. To get the right, melt in your mouth texture, I will always bring my lamb rack up to room temperature. Our rub of choice is Butcher's Axe BBQ Hunter rub but good ole garlic, rosemary and thyme works well or even just salt. I got my little rack from IKEA. They're called a Variera Pot Lid Organiser for around $10.
