Homemade Bandsaw Mill, 6,5HP

UPDATE: Many changes made, watch my newest videos. Wheels supported only on one side are not good idea etc. I will make walkaround video and show all changes soon as possible. One of the first test runs. 6,5HP gasoline engine. 6,5m long track. Max width of log around 0,55m. Now, after test, I must change the wheels. These Chinese 20€ wheels are bad, big problem to balance. Biggest problem is side bouncing of the tire, so it vibrate badly, not visible on video, but it is not good for cutting. Waiting for 12" scooter wheels delivery now. Belt is from www.pilana.cz, type WM2 35x0,9mm, t=22,SILVER MASTER-ROK, custom lenght 3762mm, pitch = 22, tooths = 171 Belt speed at nominal RPM´s with no load is around 40m/s. At load around 30-35m/s, exactly as manufacturer recomended.
