CNC Enclosure made out of blue construction foam
Shark HD 510 CNC enclosure controls dust and sound. Used blue construction foam 1" board and gorilla glue for foam wet each side and used fine thread sheet rock screws for assembly. Also drilled 4 pieces of lexan plastic all at the same time and bolted it to both sides of the foam for windows. Painted with Acrylic latex paint so solvents won't melt the foam. It's light. It controls the dust and sound. Dust Deputy makes this a easy clean up. Comments or questions please send to [email protected]
