White Chocolate Stuffed NYC Cookies ♡ Bake With Me

Thick NYC chocolate chip cookies stuffed with white chocolate ♡ This recipe makes 6 large cookies :) Cookie Dough 3/4 cup (170g) softened butter 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp milk (any milk will work) 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (55g) cake flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet chocolate chips) 1/2 cup (80g) white chocolate chunks (I used a 4oz white chocolate bar) 100g white chocolate bar (I used Lindt because it melts nice- do not use white chocolate chips!) ♡ Bake at 375F (190C) for 13-15 minutes (the top of the cookies should be the slightest bit brown) 📝 Notes ♡ I didn't chill my cookie dough but if your cookies tend to spread, or if you live in a really warm environment, divide the cookie dough between 6 cookies and then chill them for at least 1-2 hours before baking!
