Main ingredients melinjo fruit peanuts corn young jackfruit chayote young papaya long beans melinjo leaves you can add eggplant if you like tamarind fruit 2 liters of water or as needed B. Ground spices 11 red curly beans 7 shallots 5 cloves of garlic 5 candlenuts 1 piece of shrimp paste (grilled/fried) C. Aromatic spices 1 segment of bruised galangal 2-3 bay leaves D. Seasonings 1 or more pieces of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of salt 1 tablespoon of flavoring 1 tablespoon of stock powder Note: The amount of vegetables isn't guaranteed; just adjust the seasonings to 2 liters of water.
