Há mais de 40 anos fazendo a mesma receita no Joaquim Távora! A história do Bairro.

In today's episode of Curiando Fortaleza, we explored one of the most traditional and historic neighborhoods in our city: Joaquim Távora. During this walk, we learned about the history of the man who gave the neighborhood its name, showed curiosities of the region, and visited places that are part of Fortaleza's collective memory. We passed through the traditional Flower Market, one of the most colorful and symbolic spots in the city, learned about the moving work of Sister Conceição at Lar Amigos de Jesus—a recognition that earned her the Iracema Medal, the highest honor in the city of Fortaleza—and we tasted the famous panelada (a traditional stew) from the "King of Panelada," a reference in Fortaleza's popular cuisine since 1979. And of course: we ended this expedition the way Fortaleza residents like it… eating at the Joaquim Távora Market and experiencing the essence of the neighborhood firsthand. More than a video about food or curiosities, this episode is a journey through the culture, faith, tradition, and stories that make Fortaleza what it is. 📍 Joaquim Távora Neighborhood — Fortaleza/CE 👍 Like, subscribe to the channel, and share this episode with someone who loves Fortaleza. 📲 Also follow: Instagram: @curiandofortaleza Sponsorship: Fortaleza City Council Cultural Support: Government of the State of Ceará #CuriandoFortaleza #Fortaleza #JoaquimTavora #MercadoDasFlores #ReiDaPanelada #Panelada #FortalezaAntiga #HistoriaDeFortaleza #Ceara #CulturaCearense #LarAmigosDeJesus
