Rob Swift explains the "Offset Backspin"
Today the pattern we're going to learn is the "Offset Backspin". This is the 3rd root movement that i teach. It's a basic straight forward pattern. It shouldn't take you long to learn how to do. The importance of the pattern tho is it teaches you how to be start thinking with regards to being efficient with your movement. You realize as your "juggling" both limbs are always active. The left hand is working independent of the right hand, yet the left hand is helping the right hand execute the "juggle". You have to learn now how to get both your left and right hands to work in harmony but do separate things. #BeatJuggling #OffsetBackspin #RootMovements #BrolicArmy #WeTalkinBoutPractice
