Jeunesse, Tradition : la PUISSANCE du PÉLÉ de Chartres

For the second consecutive year, the Chartres pilgrimage is expecting a record attendance of 18,000 pilgrims, according to the organizers. It is the largest pilgrimage in Europe, taking place every year at Pentecost. A 97-km walk starts in Paris and reaches Notre-Dame de Chartres. The whole procession is punctuated by songs, meditations, and Latin masses, since the Chartres pilgrimage is held according to the Tridentine rite.
